Adam Wardi

Founder and Managing Partner · Tallinn

Adam founded Saintrose Capital to give owners and sponsors of mid-sized private assets the standard of preparation and execution that larger companies take for granted. A finance professional and entrepreneur with institutional capital markets expertise, he has raised over $100 million in the United States and deployed that capital in M&A and corporate development transactions across the United States and Scandinavia. He leads every Saintrose mandate from the first conversation to closing and is the senior point of contact for clients on strategy, structure and terms.

Gary Ward

Advisor

Gary has spent more than thirty years originating and closing complex transactions in private equity and corporate finance, including as Partner of a mid-market private equity house with £1 billion under management. His career runs from PwC through to private equity board roles. He brings a buyer's judgment to every valuation and an extensive personal network of family offices, funds and high-net-worth investors to every raise.

Anil Mangla

Advisor

Anil has more than twenty years in global financial services across BlackRock, Barclays Capital, Sera Global (a Brookfield portfolio company) and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. At BlackRock he was Chief Operating Officer of a $400 billion institutional investor business, and over the course of his career he has advised on and enabled multi-billion fundraising strategies in private markets. He brings extensive exposure to sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and global allocators, the precise LP profile required to inform and shape a Tier 1 capital formation strategy.

Wayne Hiley

Advisor

Wayne spent twenty years in corporate debt markets. He led Debt Structuring at Barclays UK Corporate Bank from 2010 to 2020 and, before that, raised over £200 billion in debt capital for global organizations as Head of Corporate Bond Syndicate at Barclays. He advises on debt structure and lender appetite across all three of the firm's mandates.
